These tie-downs bolt directly to the truck’s frame—the strongest part of the vehicle—so your camper rides low and solid through wind, turns, and bumps. By securing at the frame instead of the bed or bumper, they keep the camper’s center of gravity low and evenly distributed. That means less sway from crosswinds and no shifting around on rough roads, so your truck handles just like it should mile after mile.
Each bracket uses pre-existing holes in the frame for a clean bolt-on install with little to no drilling required. The fit is completely custom, so the tie-downs mount tight against the frame with minimal loss of ground clearance. Once installed, setup is simple—just add your turnbuckles (sold separately) and you’re ready to secure your camper for travel.
When you’re not hauling a camper, you can remove the arms from the brackets, leaving almost nothing visible under the vehicle. The frame-mounted design tucks up neatly, preserving your truck’s clean lines without bulky hardware hanging down. It’s a setup that works hard when you need it but disappears when you don’t.

Installed them myself. Prefect fit. This is my third set. they are sturdy and are inconspicuous when not in use and the arms are removed.
These camper tie downs work great an not terrible to install.
Best place to purchase add-ons. The installation video’s are very helpful. It’s reassuring knowing that the items you’ve selected will be complete and made to fit your vehicle. Had the TorkLift on a truck I traded in and they worked very well. The entire set-up is pricy but certainly make set up, take down, and travel easy.
Excellent product easy to install.
It would have been nice to receive all the parts on the same day. It appears that USPS separated the boxes and put them on two trucks, so they were delivered separately. The good news is that all parts fit perfectly and were relatively easy to install. The installation instructions were spot on, but watching the videos on-line were also helpful. It did take me about 3 hours to install all four anchors, but I'm old (73) and slow.

I got hit like you would see on tv as a police would pit manouvred someone, and my truck was almost flipped going sideways down the highway at 70mph and the fast guns tie downs held down my camper while I got my truck back under control, I was side to side skidding sideways up on 2 wheels and those tie downs held on , there Amazing!!

Fairly easy installation. Good instructions, but it helps to watch one of the YouTube videos first. With just the receivers, you can hardly even see them, they’re tucked underneath so well. Very sturdy. I feel very confident that no matter what, these babies will hold. They’re pricy, but well worth it.
This is the only way the tie downs fit is this a safe way to strap it down

It definitely is safe the way you have them, Paul! In a perfect world, the turn buckles would be perfect vertical, but this an imperfect world and not all campers have the attachment points in the same place. If you take a look at some of the installed pictures on the TorkLift Locking FastGun Turnbuckles # TLS9529-2-LK page, you can see most of them are at an angle. It's perfectly normal. Are you running any suspension enhancement on your Silverado?
Absolutely the only way to correctly attach your truck camper. Pair these white Fastguns and it’s a great combo. I just went on a 5000 mile trip with my TC and never moved an inch.

A year later and I would not do anything different. Absolutely the best system available especially paired with the fast guns. The camper is solid mounted and does not move. Yet can still be off loaded in just a few minutes. Remember good stuff isn’t cheap and cheap stuff isn’t good.

I promise this is not normal John. When it comes to quality, it is Torklift all the way when it comes to tie-downs! Can you please respond directly to the email that you received with the picture of the hole? I would like to forward it to Torklift.
